The PERFORM Course

This is a CPD Accredited Course (4 CPD points) designed to help you be happy, prioritise wellbeing, build emotional fitness and resilience, protect your mental health and PERFORM at your best.

The CPD-accredited PERFORM course is self-led learning for mental health awareness and wellbeing. Learn to recognise signs of poor mental health using positive psychology. Build mental resilience, strengthen mental health protection and apply self-help strategies for success and sustainable high performance.

A quick story…

My mental health issues caught up with me after years of suppressing grief, low moods and prioritising people pleasing to the point that I lived with depression and anxiety for many years.
I didn’t want to see a doctor or be medicated at the time and it seemed there was no options for support available to me, but I knew I could be happier and I wanted that lightness and joy again.
So I created my mantra of #createmyhappy and delved into the world of positive psychology to develop a strategy to be happier and healthier. It worked and a decade on I am resilient, happy, mentally healthy and flourishing, despite having experienced some of my most challenging life events in that time.
I dedicated my life to learning about the science of happiness and wellbeing and learning about mental health and suicide prevention, become an award-winning coach and an experienced accredited mental health and suicide prevention trainer.
My lived and professional experience is vast but I know there is more I can do. I want to shift the narrative of mental health to one of protection, not just reaction. So often we signpost people to the help they need once they are experiencing poor mental health but I want to equip individuals like you with the tools to protect their mental health; to stop some people ever experiencing mental health issues like I did.
So I created The PERFORM Experience ® and this flagship PERFORM course.
This course is delivered to you with researched information and science and you can take the course at your own pace. It lasts around 4 hours in total, but you can guide yourself based on your own needs and timeline.
With workbooks and audio that guide you through my bespoke and unique PERFORM framework, this course is perfect for building your emotional fitness and resilience and protecting your mental health.

Meet your coach, Tabby Kerwin MAPP

Hi, I’m Tabby!
Award-winning mindset coach, best-selling author, conversationalist, international speaker, positive psychologist, widow, mum, mental health advocate & trainer.
I am me. Tabby; the person who will ask you ‘how are you feeling?’ and ask you twice, with every intention to hear the real answer. It’s the hardest question to ask and respond to when it’s asked with intent, but it’s the most important. I walk through life with those of you who are grieving, feel stressed, overwhelmed and anxious to help you PERFORM; to be emotionally fitter, more resilient, productive, calm and in control.
I help you PERFORM in life and work. Why? Because when I needed someone most there was no-one and I didn’t know where to turn. If no-one shows you how to do something you have to figure it out on your own and if you don’t have the tools to figure it out you can find yourself swimming in shame. I offer you a space and permission to feel.
I help you build your own wellness toolkit to build emotional fitness and PERFORM.
I first needed someone to turn to when I was 15-years-old and my Dad was diagnosed with cancer; he died when I was 16-years-old and I never got the support or counsel I should have done. I bottled my emotions, suppressed them for over a decade; and then I spiralled, living with anxiety and depression. I saw the dark side of my life but with the incredible love and support of the love and sunshine of my life, my husband and business partner Simon, I created my mantra of #createmyhappy and I worked on the causes of my mental health issues to become resilient, hopeful and happy using my philosophy of The Three Ps: Possibility, Productivity & Performance. Simon and I helped, loved and supported each other and together we shared many happy memories. We had both experienced heartache, divorce, failure and mental ill health during our lifetimes, but together we healed; we gave each other strength. We were a mirror to each other’s souls.
In early 2018 I started my #createmyhappy revolution and began to refine what had helped me to get through the dark times, emotionally, physically and financially, whilst running and developing a business and being a wife and mum. The Three Ps was born. I knew that there was always possibility and that, with productivity, you can PERFORM the hell out of your life and business; and I wanted to share this with everyone.
In November 2018, Simon died following a short four-month illness and at the point where my world should have shattered I realised how strong and resilient I was and that, even when living with grief, you can be happy, satisfied and successful. I realised that Simon hadn’t fixed everything for me; he’d given me the skills to fix myself so when the worst thing hit my life I did not spiral with mental ill health again. I consolidated and developed and I continue that every day because of him. That is why I now devote so much of my life to coaching, training, writing and speaking; to help others based on my personal & professional experiences and learning and my Masters research in Positive Psychology led me to create The PERFORM Experience ® – my blueprint for combined mental health and wellness coaching and training.
I consider myself to be flourishing now – that’s the magic trifactor of happiness, wellbeing and life satisfaction and it is the daily work I put into learning and actioning the science of happiness and growing with my grief that allows me to PERFORM at my best and be satisfied and successful in my personal and professional life… and I want to help you to do the same.
