Workplace wellbeing is hugely important, but the key to growth and success in organisations is more than mental health awareness training and a few yoga classes.

The unique part about utilising the PERFORM framework in a workplace or organisational setting is that it prioritises protecting mental health of employees, rather than just reacting to mental health issues, like most other training solutions.

It is MORE than just mental health training, it is a framework that helps use productivity and high performance coaching as a way to protect mental health, meaning your employees will flourish, be happier and healthier and PERFORM at their best.

On average in the UK, 20% of sick days are due to mental health issues. Companies we work with and have implemented the PERFORM framework through our in-house and ‘done for you’ services have seen huge reductions to this number, with some running at 0% of sick days being accredited to mental health reasons for multiple years.

How does it work?

The PERFORM Experience ® is a three-tiered approach to organisational wellbeing that works at organisational, individual and personal levels.

Organisation level makes sure your organisation has the most effective strategies for policies, training and support in place for a mentally healthy culture.

Individuallevel makes sure the individuals in your organisation have the right strategies in place to PERFORM at their best by prioritising stress management, resilience building, emotional fitness training and providing simple & effective wellbeing tools and strategies.

Personallevel offers the individuals resources to manage their personal wellbeing and mental health to be the most effective contribution to their own and the organisation’s life, including resources for grief, maternal mental health, men’s mental health, burnout, trauma, post-traumatic growth, time management, sleep, nutrition, activity and more.

We see that the responsibility does not only lie with your organisation to create a mentally healthy culture but, with the support of organisations, it also lies with individuals to actively build their resilience, emotional fitness and protect their personal mental health to help individuals, organisations and global industries and markets flourish.
